1) Minimum 60% oh the total package cost (Stay Rent + Meals cost) is payable to Book the Villa, Balance 40% is payable atleast 5 days prior to check in date.
2) Refundable security Deposit is Mandatory for All Villas, which is payable on check in day by Google Pay or UPI. The same will be refunded within 3 hrs post check out in case of no damages. Incase of any damages, Current market value of such damages will be adjusted for the Security Deposit and balance will be Refunded.
3) The payment of booking can be done via Bank Transfer, Google pay, UPI and Credit cards and Debit Cards, Incase of Credit card payments convenience feesof payment platform will be borne by the Guest.
4) At the time of the booking, Package price will be applicable for the group size informed at the time of the booking. Post booking confirmation, in case of additions in the group size, additional per person cost will be applicable and payable.
5) In case of reduction in group size, only the reduced members meals cost will be adjusted in the final package Cost, provided the intimation of the reduction of the group size is given 5 days prior to check in date. Incase of only stay packages bookings, package price remains the same.
6) For smooth check in, Guests need to fill up all members details through our website link. Check in details are mandatory.
1) 100% advance payment is nedded to get the Resort/Hotel Deals.
2) On the recipt of payment Booking confirmation/Reservation Number shall be provided.
3) GST Invoice will be provided within 2 days post check out.
1) No Refund will be intiated under any kind of cancellations.
2) For cancellation, Minimum 15 Days intimation is needed, Prior to the check in date.
3) Incase of cancellation of Weekend booking NO refund will be Given. However, if we are getting the new booking at the same property and after payment of Full Package cost, we can arrange to issue Credit Note validity of 2 months for the same number of WeekEnd nights for the same property.
4) Incase of cancellation of Weekday booking, after payment of Full Package cost we can arrange to issue Credit Note validity of 2 months for the same number of Weekday nights for the same property.
5) Cancellation needs to be communicated with valid reason and supporting Documentory proofs.
6) During the peak season and peak festive holidays, long weekend dates STRICTLY NO REFUND OR CREDIT NOTE WILL BE PROVIDED.

8) A rescheduling request can be raised up to 14 days prior to the check-in date. Any difference in price will have to be borne by the guest.
9) Any issues arises during the booking which are due to external factors such as Act of God such as Floods, Cyclone, Heavy Rainfall & any unforeseen circumstances such as Power failure, power fluctuations, short circuits, we shall not be held responsible for the same nor Any refund request will be accepted.
